Conor Kelly has formed a new niche infrastructure advisory boutique called Rubicon Infrastructure Advisors. Rubicon, based in Dublin, but with a presence in New York, also numbers Carmen Lopez del Escobal as a managing director. Rubicon offers mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory services, as well as investment opportunity identification and execution services. Kelly was until March a managing director at Scotia Capital with responsibility for its global infrastructure finance activities outside Canada. Before that he was a managing director at Depfa, where he founded and led its infrastructure finance group in the Americas.
