Dublin-based Rubicon Infrastructure Advisors has announced the appointment of two new directors.
Aeneas Griffin joins the advisory firm as managing director, and Sean Diffney as associate director.
Griffin has 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Rubicon, he was a director at BAML, with co-responsibility for a team focused on structured finance transactions. Prior to that he worked as a director at MBIA.
Diffney, who was appointed earlier this year, joins from the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC). Prior to that, he held positions at Economic Social Research Institute and Saxon Bank in Dublin.
Rubicon recently acted as financial advisor to Isolux Infrastructure in their EUR600m capital raise transaction.
