MILAN, ITALY & DUBLIN, IRELAND, June 11, 2019 – The Intesa Sanpaolo Group and Rubicon Capital Advisors, a leading independent global investment banking advisory firm, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly develop opportunities within the global infrastructure and energy markets.
The collaboration forms a part of a broader strategy of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division (CIB) of Intesa Sanpaolo, to strengthen the Group’s origination and distribution platform.
